By purchasing a subscription from ChannelVast, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
ChannelVast provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) middleware and streaming aggregation service. We provide access to streams via authorised app players on your devices.
3. Acceptable Use
Subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing your credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
4. Payment
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely via methods communicated through WhatsApp. Subscriptions are activated upon payment confirmation.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 36-hour trial for $3 to allow you to test the service. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 48 hours of purchase for refund requests.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Occasional maintenance may cause brief interruptions. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party internet service providers.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.
